Bugzilla – Bug 14424
RadioTime Presets Not Logging In
Last modified: 2009-10-13 17:03:43 UTC
Whenever I try to access my RadioTime presets from MyApps, I get "please sign in" However there is no interface to sign in via the SqueezeBox Server Web UI and I am already signed in via MySqueezeBox.com.
QA confirmed
FYI: same whether player is connected to SC7.4 or MySB All other aspects of RadioTime seem to function fine, just not presets. Also, RadioTime presets are functioning fine on SC7.3.
Created attachment 5962 [details] Squeezebox Server log file showing the "Missing String" error for RADIOTIME_ACCOUNT
(In reply to comment #3) > Created an attachment (id=5962) [details] > Squeezebox Server log file showing the "Missing String" error for > RADIOTIME_ACCOUNT I had commented on this before, but added an attachment and the comment was lost! I too have this problem. My "RadioTime Presets" on My Apps has the message that I am not sighed in. I am sighed in on mysqueezebox.com. I have a Squeezebox 3 player. The server log file has several "missing string" errors. One of these is for "RADIOTIME_ACCOUNT". I have attached this file.
I initially had the "Sign In" problem both in SqueezeboxServer and MySqueezebox. But after a few hours I was suddenly able to access my RadioTime presets in MSB. I still can not access the RadioTime presets in SBS but now, instead of the "Sign In" message I get a "403 Forbidden" error message; a few seconds later my SB3 shuts down.
I have the same Problem. After reinstalling the App on mySB and re-entering my Credentials I was able to use my presets on mySB again. But not on Server. There the option "visit radiotime.com for sign up" is gone and now a 403 Forbidden shows up. I cannot connect to my presets on SB Server.
please fix this, at least. There are so many other problems too. thanks
please fix this
