Description Chris Owens 2009-09-29 13:19:27 UTC
Several users (including Alan and Michael IIRC) report that their 'local stations' list appears to be for a different user or location. I.e. the stations listed are not at all local.

Seth points out that it's serious for a device called a radio that it's hard for users to get their radio stations.

Problem only seem to occur with the mysqueezebox.com server, not with the local squeezeserver I have installed on my Ubuntu box.
I have seen 2 mix ups: Squeezenetwork.com is configured to 'Netherlands' and this morning the Radio only showed 'German' local stations.
After a factory reset the radio only showed 'France' local stations.

Very annoying that my wife cannot find her favourite local radio station. (Only stations in the French language... Hard to understand if you do not speak the language...)

Local Radio reports my locality as somewhere in Ohio.

It should report Kitchener, Ontario, Canada.

This may be connected to the fact that baby.squeezenetwork.com does not show Baby as connected or even existing (all my other players are listed). Baby shows a PIN every time I try to connect. I can connect though, I'm listening to the Queen preview app right now...
