Presets were only half-migrated, only actual defined presets were migrated, presets that just played the default favorite index were not.

Fixed bug 14406, migrate the other half of presets, ones that just default from favorites

This does not appear to be working for me, Verified fixed in SP r7847, SBS r28825, latest release of SN.

Ignore my comment 2, I was confusing this bug for another preset bug.
