Rhapsody tracks/albums/playlists should look and behave like "my music."

- the "play all" option should not appear inside of an album menu
- pressing a song should play that song immediately, and the current playlist should "blow up" and be populated with the contents of that album/playlist.

Recently a lot of changes were done on this front, but it appears Rhapsody got missed here.

After a chat with Andy and further testing, it seems that the only change needed is to remove the "Play All" option at the top of album and playlist menus in Rhapsody (to keep new UI consistent with press-to-play behaviors in other areas of the system).
