Tested with Rhapsody, Napster and My Music.  Running r7990 on fab4 with SC r28660 (today's builds). 

The touch controls for shuffle and repeat on the NP screen don't do anything (occasionally the press state will show up visually).

However, shuffle and repeat seem to work normally by navigating into the settings menu.
