CX review reports that the little Windows balloon that comes up when a new version of SbS stays up a very long time. Not sure how long.

I'm sorry: WONTFIX. We can't control this behaviour. Windows will hide it after a hard coded moment or whenever another popup is to be shown.

Oh, and support might say: it should stay up as long as users don't  
update. They shall update. Then it will disappear :-).
