In CM, selected "create new station from artist"
The current track was stopped, new track from that artist started, new screen said:
Create new station from artist
Bob Seger Radio            (spinny)


and the spinny never went away.
Song played fine, went on to new track from Bob Seger.
No song title or album art.
More button just bumps.
Pressing knob makes nav sound but no bump motion, no screen change.
PVT2 unit, r7679 running on battery.

Tried to reproduce, could not. Unit had been in NP->connecting->NP loop (see 14180) and had recovered by holding Home. Not sure if this left unit in wierd state.

QA is unable to reproduce this with r7671 (current release)

I think my baby was in messed up state. Only filed the bug in case we see this again it will give more info. Lets not worry unless it happens again.
