Bugzilla – Bug 14196
Controller connected to SN-only doesn't permit retrying connection to SN when wireless icon is blue
Last modified: 2009-10-06 13:17:00 UTC
I'm running 7.4 r7670 on a Controller. It is controlling an SB3 playing Mediafly. They are both connected to test.sn and not SC. For some reason (probably Mt. View reasons), the wireless icon on my Controller went blue. While it was blue, when I chose App Gallery or My Apps, it would initially display a blank screen, and then when I tried it perhaps 20 seconds later it would list all of the SC libraries I could connect to. In a typical case, the user would simply want to retry reconnecting to SN. I would suggest a screen in which the user should be given two choices: 1) prompted to attempt reconnecting to SN (default) or 2) choose to go to another screen to choose an SC library.
Tom: is this a dupe of bug 10403 or some other bug?
Oops, switched priority on wrong bug
mickey can you get a /var/log/messages in this case?
Mickey will work with Tom to get more logs and data
