host perl dependencies (Wx et al.) for Win32 builds in subversion

...so we only have to install Perl and PDK. Latest Alien::Wx is incompatible with perlapp, we have to stick with 0.39 for now.
Spent more trying trying to convince perlapp to search for the Wx modules in our CPAN folder. But no way. It's always looking in c:/perl... run from source it would run, but perlapp fails.

We can't move this to our CPAN folder as PerlApp or Wx or Wx::Perl::Packager insists in finding it in c:/perl only. Change buildme.pl to copy these modules in that place. This should get rid of the requirement to add modules to a standard Perl installation on our build hosts. Some weeks ago ActiveState developer Jan Dubois told me : "I had given up on wxPerl a few years ago, as the code kept on changing and playing evil tricks with the way it has to be loaded.". If he can't figure it out...
