Bugzilla – Bug 14182
Pressing volume knob 2-3 times quickly to mute results in Slacker-SN infinite loop
Last modified: 2010-02-08 09:56:44 UTC
Running firmware r7679 on a PVT2 battery-only Baby, I was playing a custom Slacker radio station (Mannheim Steamroller Radio). I happened to hit the volume knob to mute the sound 2-3 times in a row very quickly, and that resulted in a few odd things: - Volume pop-up window titled "nan" showing not muted volume icon - Infinite loop of displaying two screens sequentially: 1. Now Playing screen for currently playing Slacker track, and 2. Connecting to mysqueezebox.com spinny screen. Battery icon displayed 25% and wireless strength icon was maximum. Workaround is press the left button when the Now Playing screen is showing Connected to SN only.
To complete the workaround sentence: ... will break out of the infinite loop into a previous screen.
Also, no audio is heard while this infinite loop is occurring.
