Propose adding a no photo/image icon for "iconlist" templates that have missing images or during page loading.

Current behavior displays "no album artwork icon."

This is a very LOW priority, however, let me know what is desired and I can try to turn this around ASAP.

At the moment we at least have the placeholder alpha overlay in the shape of an icon... I would not worry about this for now.
