I meant to open this earlier and forgot...I poached the demo applet's mp3 file (an instrumental loop taken from Datarock's "Fa Fa Fa") for the squeezeplay fallback alarm.

While I think it's a pretty nice wakeup alarm tone, others may disagree and it's probably not my decision to make.

Ben - What are the other options that would be just as easy?

I'd prefer to approach this as "what is it we want for the tone" and see if its feasible. Let's discuss at the bug meeting.

and I should say, my recommendation is to use the existing demo mp3 for this. works great as an alarm tone IMO
