Seems to be a leak doing the drawing of hands and alarm icon, possibly on the C side, still investigating..

Fixed Bug: 14089 +6
-  Lua doesn't prioritize gc of surface objects, so added manual release to free the underlying sdl surface
- image resize algorithm was resizing even when target size was same as destination due to string to number comparison.
