Since 'Share this on Facebook' shows up in the + menu even if FaceBook has not been added as an APP to SN account, if I attempt to share what I'm currently listening too I get the following error message:

100: img objects must have valid 'src' and 'href' attributes

We should prompt the user to either 

a) install FB as an app
b) enter FB credentials
c) Not show FB in the + menu

It shouldn't be shown unless the app is added and an account is registered.  Will fix.

FYI: other 'apps' also show up even if they are not added, would this be the same bug or a new one

This bug has been fixed in the latest release of MySqueezebox.com (formally known as SqueezeNetwork)!

If you are still experiencing this problem, feel free to reopen the bug with your new comments and we'll have another look.
