If you open Advanced Settings from the Control Panel, your web browser will open our settings page.  However, the Close button on this page does nothing.

Correction, it only fails on Mac using Firefox.  I tried on Safari and it works fine.  

It also works fine if I open the Advanced Settings from http://localhost:9000.  There it works correctly for both Firefox and Safari.  (testing: 7.4 - r28505)

Don't know why Safari is closing, as AFAIK browsers only close windows they've opened themselves. This is expected behaviour from a technical point of view. But as Matt is going to re-design the web UI anyway, this might be re-considered too. Don't know whether this will be 8.0 or 8.1.

This neither P1 nor for 7.4. Web remote work is planned for 8.0 or later.
