When new players are added to SBS (SP or IP3K) that have never been registerd on SN before, then that player is unable to 'move' to SN.  The player prompts the user with 'create and account' or 'I already have an account'

I thought SBS had the ability to 'auto register' players to SN

Not a bug, just the result of confusing error messages from SN.
