Description Mickey Gee 2009-09-11 21:27:06 UTC
I'm running a Baby on a battery with almost no charge. I turn it on, it connects to SC, and I'm prompted for a firmware upgrade. I choose the firmware upgrade and then a screen appears title Charge Battery. The message below prompts you to put remote back in charger.

I did try to see the message again to get the exact wording, but my Baby wouldn't boot up that far.

Ben: is this yours to fix?

Fixed Bug: 13998
Description: we don't have any baby appropriate screens so I'm giving this a baby-specific string of nothing
So, the screen will read "Charge Battery" with no extra help text on baby.

Mickey, that checkin description work for you as a fix?

I it will suffice for now. Don't think this is a common case:

- Battery-only Baby
- Updating firmware
- Battery charge low

I'm trying to remember whether the screen says anything else like "not going to update firmware unless I get recharged". I think it does. Any new help text would be something like "plug me in", which is somewhat obvious.

Nevertheless, a cool graphic would have been nice. Probably not a top priority right now.
