When I went to go set the player name on the Radio itself, it appeared to save O.k. and modified the name in SC (in real time, even with the player selection menu pulled down, which was a nice touch).  When I went to expand "settings" to a second browser window, the name had defaulted back.

Setting the name in SC, everything stuck and was O.k.

What version of SBS are you running?  OS and revision please

Please re-test with r28505, as I was unable to reproduce the error as stated with this version.

No doubt a problem with it being reset on a connection to SqueezeNetwork.  I've seen this many times and it's been reported in the forums.
