"continue" selection during setup on device already registered with SN does not work

On a factory reset Baby that has been previously registered with SN, there is a window that comes up that says the device is already registered. There are two options, register and continue. The continue item does not work.
This is much worse than originally assessed-- after going through the register link and re-entering email/pass, you're given a Squeezebox has been successfully added message and a single item "Continue". This item also does not work. Only way out of setup is press-hold back
Should work as of more recent FW
