I'm still getting channel swaps on the latest firmware.  Sorry if this is a dup, but I couldn't find the original quickly.

Fix channel swaps when changing sample rates or switching between line-in. I thought I'd checked this in a few days ago, but missed this patch.

So, are channels still swapping, even with your patch?

I haven't heard it lately, even when I was testing over the weekend with a BUNCH of DSP.

Let's keep an ear out, but I don't think this is an issue now.
