SBS error

Setting up a CXR test (SBS/SN) I found that Apps did not appear on SBS even if
they were setup via the Player UI

I later found that 2 players attached to the SBS had the same name of '1'.  As
soon as I renamed both players to something else, Apps showed up on SBSs

I am unable to reproduce this error any more

Closing resolved bugs - if you feel this bug still exists please first re-test with the latest SW/FW version.  If you are able to reproduce then feel free to reopen and attach new logs / steps to reproduce.
