I am running r7454 and connected to SC. When I go to App Gallery->Radio Networks->BBC->Install BBC->Add shortcut to home menu->Launch BBC it brings up the DI.fm menu.

I was able to reproduce this: I just 'installed' Last.FM via Baby UI while connected to cxr.SBS, after installing and 'first launch' I'm being prompted for a Pandora Account name

This bug has been fixed in the latest release of MySqueezebox.com (formally known as SqueezeNetwork)!
