Description Mickey Gee 2009-09-07 12:35:25 UTC
With Baby firmware r7436, I go into App Gallery->Napster, put it on my home menu, create new account, and then start it immediately. I then see a screen with NAPSTER_ERROR_102.

Connected only to test.sn.com. No SC.

The error screen has title Launch Napster Now.
Comment 2 Andy Grundman 2009-09-08 12:59:40 UTC
Works for me, probably fixed by the app install fix.

'm able to partially reproduce this, I get Password: Empty when I try to activate a trial account. This is when attached to test.sn

To reproduce:

Remove Napster as APP from test.sn (My app is empty when I do the tests)
Power Cycle your SP device
From the Device UI, go to App Gallery
Select Music On-Demand
Select Napster > Install Napster
Installation Options > Add shortcut to home menu
Installation Complete > Launch Napster Now
Start 30-day Trail > Continue
XX days remaning > Continue to Napster
Password = Error = Stuck

Note: this only happens the first time a player is registered. If I go back later and remove the app / then reinstall the app, at the 'continue to Napster' page I am able to continue

I can't reproduce this. I did find one bug that would cause Napster to not work on the home menu but that shouldn't have caused this.
