With Opera, tested with version 9 and 10 the SC web interface is not displayed correctly when in zoomed mode. With zoom on for instance 150% only the left-hand part is visible. There is no horizontal scroll bar and the layout is not adjusted for the smaller width. With Internet Explorer (tested 8) and Firefox a zoomed page is adjusted correctly.

Easily reproduced with Opera 10 and 7.4 - r28420.

I doubt this can be done with the current skin.
