Description Dan Evans 2009-09-01 12:31:04 UTC
(testing r28379)

If you stop the server then start the server, the status indicator immediately says "server is running". However, you cannot access the server for another 30 seconds or so.

There needs to be an intermediate text saying, "Server is starting," until the server is actually live.
