Description FredFredrickson 2009-08-28 12:17:17 UTC
I've tried with and without crossfading on, doesn't seem to make a difference, the fab4 randomly reboots while playing music. It may reboot more, but I've never noticed it except while playing music. Additionally, it appears to do so towards the end of tracks.

When it reboots, it will often continue the playlist it was on.

I usually can't get through more than 1 or 2 songs at a time without a reboot.

I'm currently on 7275, but it's been doing it all month.

Do you have an SD card in the slot? IF so, does the card have a /log directory on it? If so, please test with the SD card out of the system.

If not, what hardware version is on your device? settings > advanced > diagnostics

MAC addy would also be helpful

I don't have any SD cards, so no on the first one.

My hardware version is 5.

I've been told it may be related to this bug:
https://bugs-archive.lyrion.org/show_bug.cgi?id=13782

It's true, my entire library is WMAs so I haven't actually checked this issue with any other formats yet. Will try when I get home. This may be WMA related.
