Ok, I see that it works... but its slow to respond. Perhaps some kind of indicator (Matt Weldon?) to let you know that it got your input and that it's getting the picture? Also perhaps some dots on the screen (think iPhone) that indicate where you are in the total set of pictures?

When a picture is manually scrolled to the left or right, there should be no transition... it should just go to that picture as quickly as possible.
