This bug is very similar to:

I've seen those and they are indeed resolved and working.

But now you have a similar issue *directly* from the now playing screen ( the one with the big artwork picture ) the resolved bug's is getting this info from the now playing list tracks.

Any way if press + directly at the now playing screen. I get an overlay poping up,
this has artist,genre and so.
Here comes the problem if I choose some of these options they give a spinning circle forever. and some works fine.
If i get here from the now playing list all options seems to work
