when SBC 7.4 is attached to test.sn, and SN gets pushed new firmware, the SBC is not notified that the version number has changed.

On SBC, if I go to software update, it's showing the old version

IF I power cycle the SBC, then it gets notified that a newer firmware version is available.

Assuming Fab4/Baby are fine this is probably an SP issue.

James: Are Fab4 and Baby ok as Andy assumes?

Tom/Michael: How is that triggered from the server? Any idea why it would work on Fab4/Baby but not on Jive?

QA to try this with Baby and Fab4, assign to Tom after testing.

Closing resolved bugs - if you feel this bug still exists please first re-test
with the latest SW/FW version.  If you are able to reproduce then feel free to
reopen and attach new logs / steps to reproduce.
