The following radio station plays only through the left channel.  Info says that it's 31kbps CBR WMA.  I assume it must be mono.

QA confirmed, PB2 = Left, PVT = Right

same error with WMP and iTune, only left channel is played.

The stations is transmitting in stereo, but only on one channel.

As James comments, this station also plays wrongly in Windows Media Player.
