out of frame

in in 7.4.0 r7259 effect volume is working again but the top left the slider is
out of its frame.

see screenshot.

there are some other fixes to slider asset rendering to be done that may lately fix this one.

basically what needs to happen is that the slider fill assets when the slider is at the 0 position should go away. However, for sliders where there is a "button" on the end (e.g., NP progress bar), the button should remain.

this will probably require some work in slider.c to work properly.

for now this is a P3
