Description Mark Lanctot 2009-08-24 11:11:28 UTC
See http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=66807

Restarting services on mysqueezebox.com can result in some menu items in another language on Baby and these can persist for a while before reverting back to normal.

"World" and "App Gallery" were affected recently for me, and all items in "Internet Radio" were affected.

These items eventually sorted themselves out, but it took a while of navigating back and forth through menus and even persisted after a power-cycle (unplugging power).

Michael: Is this yours or Andy's to deal with?
Comment 2 Michael Herger 2009-08-25 03:59:20 UTC
Andy - any idea what could cause this behaviour?

Not a P1, as server daily/hourly restarts shouldn't happen on production systems.

this is an administrative shuffle on priority fields to help make better judgment on the top end of the priority list. P4->P5, P3->P4, and P2->P3.

These bugs have all been marked resolved and belong to a component which is being removed. Therefore they have been moved to the most applicable of the new components.

Althogh I can't tell how exactly to reproduce that error, I got to read menu entries in French, Spanish and Icelandic (not quite sure about the last one) during the last month as far as I can remember.
