Pat: I am unable to duplicate this, can you please provide more details?

James,
I had not updated my baby (the one at home) in several days. I updated to 7177 and when it was done it powered off. I waited several minutes and it just sat with a black screen. This could scare a user. I agree that most would try hitting the power button and it would come on so probably not a P1. Definitely not a P1 if it is rare.

Pat: Is yours a PVT or PB2 unit?
Do you use the 12V or 18V power supply

Unable to reproduce this issue, feel free to reopen if you can replicate with latest firmware and provide more details :)

Closing resolved bugs - if you feel this bug still exists please first re-test with the latest SW/FW version.  If you are able to reproduce then feel free to reopen and attach new logs / steps to reproduce.
