Description Mikael Nyberg 2009-08-21 12:39:25 UTC
I did the factory reset of the new SBC fw 7172 .
No rebooting loop or any such problems, thank you .

But i cant get my network settings into it ?

After i push in the password it circles a while and then says can't connect with the above password, checked my pswd many times .

I'm never presented with the option to punch in my IP adress subnet DNS squeezexerver adress nada ?

I assume that the fault message comes after it tries to get ip nr from dhcp ?

DHCP is not active in my router

Fixed IP is an extremely basic configuration I hope you intend to support it
as it was working before ?

DHCP is of course working just fine

If you start mentioning new products you should also mark the bug as private. ;)

OK this was very fast :)
Follow up can i setup as fixed ip when my DHCP is active ? this is also a long standing bug with the "old" duet that you needed to turn of the DHCP to be given the option to set things manually.

I'm plaining to use my DCHP for guest laptops restricting it to a range outside my music system.

Oh i hacked my interfaces file in the meantime, I'm really surprised I was expecting this bug to linger forever,as many "duet" bugs regarding setup do. I assumes that the new code is shared with the new products making this a thing worthy of attention. Thanks anyway for the speedy fix
