r7177 - 7.4 - 28228. While connected to my Squeezebox Server library when I click my apps I'm given the error Invalid player ID. James said he saw this once but wasn't able to reproduce. After rebooting baby and my SS (Squeezebox Server, is this an acceptable acronym?) I'm still able to reproduce.

James notes he has seen this with a Controller as well. My baby no longer reproduces after James updated it from board revision 3 to 4.

I see this with firmwear r7453 with the following player 
pb2 hardware rev 2 

im not seeing this with firmwear r7455 with PVT hardware rev 3

Since this appears to be a PB1/PB2 bug only, I will close this as invalid dependent on bug 12817.

Updating the board rev to 3 (PVT) or 4 (MPQ) or 5(MPQ2) fixes the issue.
