I'm not sure I follow here.  Is this something Richard and Fred have talked about independently?

On the list I think. It's just a request to support playing an arbitrary list of tracks ID. This could be 
achieved by other means that what is proposed there.

Will do that along with a unification of playlist management in execute, currently using multiple duplicated 
bits of code for each individual commands, and there is a ton of commands.
