Bug 12647 added to handle issue with Realtek hardware chip. This limitation will not be an issue with new Realtek part which has this issue corrected.

Update the code so that if:

- Baby hardware with old Realtek part, do same as Bug 12647.
- If hardware with new Realtek part, do not display that this case is an error.

Only should half duplex warning screen if revision < 5.
