r7152 (also noticed it at r7158).  When the device is idle the power button does nothing but flash.  When it's playing music it flashes and pauses playback.

At r7215 on Fab4 this is very much not fixed.  It's still behaving as described above.

- power off window failed the second time around, due to BlankScreenApplet: a) not extending Applet properly, and b) only creating its window once
