Software for DSP currently not in factory firmware.

This is fixed.

** NOTE ** the dsp is always enabled when playing from SqueezePlay, including when listening with the headphone jack. Caleb tells me this won't matter in the factory.

David also needs to check what happens with the factory tests, he may need to add '-D dac' to any aplay commands he uses if the DSP should not be used.

Moving old Baby bugs to new group.  Most of these are probably so old as to be invalid.
