Due to difficulty in updating controller to firmware 7084, needed to download twice. Both times, the progress bar displayed 101% as the final value.

this is an administrative shuffle on priority fields to help make better judgment on the top end of the priority list. P4->P5, P3->P4, and P2->P3.

Seems to be fixed in some later revision.

This behavior still exists in 7.5.0-r8511.

The progress count starts at 0% and ends at 101%.
