Bugzilla – Bug 13400
Need to define and implement hardware requirements for apps
Last modified: 2009-10-05 16:43:22 UTC
Some apps are only available on some platforms, eg. Flickr requires a color LCD.
Matt - we need to design the "you have no compatible player" case. Should there be a nice message? Using the following for now: None of your players is compatible with this app. You'll require one of the following player types: %s

Michael, the intention here was to display that messaging in the "install" frontpanel area. So, for example, where the flickr app would say "Available for Matt's Kitchen Baby Squeezebox," it would also say (if I had a second squeezebox attached that wasn't compatible, say, a classic) "Not compatible with Matt's Squeezebox Classic."
Ok, I'll change that.

This bug has been fixed in the latest release of MySqueezebox.com (formally known as SqueezeNetwork)! If you are still experiencing this problem, feel free to reopen the bug with your new comments and we'll have another look.
