Add sitemap.xml auto-generation and re-crawl request ability to MySqueezebox.com for SEO purposes. This could potentially be built on the cms side and retrieved / cached by MySB.com

Deferring till "LATER" depending on if LogiSB sticks around, or not.

Oops! wrong bug -- thought this was LogiSB. Leaving this as "LATER" though until after Touch ships since SEO is a minor nice-to-have for this site.
