new NP design spec

there is probably a fair bit of cruft in NowPlaying that can be removed
following this. For example, artistalbum label replacing the artist and album
labels, so the latter two can be removed

need to figure out how x of y button should be rendered, as it differs from all
other platforms in its treatment (is a button)
