This is effecting SBC r7035 now.

Add other items to HOME menu and Settings is no longer the last item.

This appears to be resolved in r7172

Re-Testing this, I see that WallPaper added to the home menu, will cause Settings to no long be the last item in the list.

Same thing will happen by adding any menu item to the home menu the is alphabetically lower then 'set.'
