We need MP to not charge the battery by default, but be able to charge the battery during manufacturing for a test.

Also, we need to make sure that the battery is not discharged all the way with MP firmware.

Fixed in r7022.

David, please verify that the 

echo 0 > /sys/bus/i2c/devices/1-0010/battery_disable

works as expected.

Works correctly for MP2. Devices boot with battery disabled. The test is able to enable and test battery features.  Released with Baby MP2 DVD
