the Battery Charging ICON shows up on the PB2 baby's when no battery is installed.

PVT (PA5) does not have this problem.

I entered this bug to track CAT issues, changing priority to reflect the fact that PB2 units are the only one's effected by this bug.  If we implement bug 12817 then this error can be ignored.

this is an administrative shuffle on priority fields to help make better judgment on the top end of the priority list. P4->P5, P3->P4, and P2->P3.

Yes, PVT seems to behave correctly at-a-glance (need to view icon when battery is fully charged and plugged-in, but other cases verified)

There is no reason to re-open this bug, PB1/PB2 units will not be fixed

These bugs have all been marked resolved and belong to a component which is being removed.  Therefore they have been moved to the most applicable of the new components.
