Modified Internet Radio plugin to call AAC and others from RadioTime.

Now that SqueezeCenter supports AAC you need to add some parameters to the
Internet Radio opml call to get these streams from us.

You might also want to add wmvoice, wmpro and wmvideo to this parameter too as
we had to separate these specialized formats from the default wma category as
some of our other partners cannot handle these formats. You can also add ogg to
this call.

Default without alien installed:
'formats=aac,mp3,wma,wmpro,wmvoice,wmvideo,ogg'
With alien installed:
'formats=aac,mp3,wma,wmpro,wmvoice,wmvideo,ogg,real'

This would enable more access to stations like Bloomberg Radio (who uses
WMVoice), RMF Poland (who uses WMPro) Clear Channel's FormatLab/iHeartRadio
selection (who uses AAC), StreamOn.fm (who uses ogg) and some
StreamTheWorld.com stations that recently started to only stream with AAC (Most
notibly Univision Radio, Multimedios in Mexico, and most of Corus's Quebec
stations).

I tested a slight implementation of this on my installation by modifying only
the with alien section of this (not sure what parameters to modify for the
section without alien) and stations with these formats all seem to work fine. I
attatched my modified plugin.pm file that I have in the
/server/Slim/Plugin/InternetRadio folder.
