SVN 8842 has "New Music". Still missing browse music folder and years.

SVN 11389  (7.0) has years query.

Marking resolved as duplicate of 4595. Historically that was not the case (this bug had a larger scope), but today (for 7.0), both refer to Browse Music Folder functionality. So keeping the one with the user request and discussion.
