Add extended asynchronous support to the CLI, i.e. report changes in terms of "status queries" instead 
of as unique changes as "listen 1" does now.
In the process, check/document all listen 1 behaviour (f.e. "playlist load_done") and increase coverage 
(f.e. rescan/wipecache completion).

Fred:  what's the status of this work?  Will this be ready for 6.1?

Increased coverage to rescan done in 5666. Also now client new/forget/disconnect/reconnect is implemented.

Done 5945 for status and subscribe command. 

Supporting other "subscribe" parameters is possible -> file an enhancement request.
