Let's add a few words and an icon. Just an empty page with "page 1 of 0" really isn't nice...

Description: add basic "You got no apps" landing page. Ugly, but still better than "page 1 of 0" in an otherwise empty window.

This bug has been marked fixed in a released version of Squeezebox Server or the accompanying firmware or mysqueezebox.com release.
